Our commitment to our clients is simple – Excellence.

We care for your clothes as we do our own. This devotion ensures that your instructions are followed (specific detergent, delicates, bleach, etc.) and that you are satisfied with our service. Each customer’s clothes are washed and dried separately and never combined with anyone else’s clothes.

The Process

Once you are ready to schedule a pick up, simply complete the form on the Schedule a Pick Up tab. Once your pick up is scheduled and time confirmed, simply leave your laundry outside, and we will pick it up. Pick Up and Delivery are FREE for our customers. Clean and folded laundry will be delivered by The Laundry Fairy within 48-72 hours (same day service is available for an additional fee, however we can not always guarantee same day deliver.  Will notify in advance).

  • $35 – Regular bag holds up to three (3) loads
  • (about the size of a 13 gallon garbage bag)
  • $60 – Extra-Large bag holds up to six (6) loads
  • (about the size of a 30 gallon garbage bag)

Comforters / Blankets / Mattress Pads

  • $20 Twin
  • $25 Full/Queen
  • $35 King

Schedule a Pickup
The Provisions

  • Laundry will be returned within 48-72 hours from the day of pick up (with the exception of Fridays and holidays)
  • If an appointment is missed by a customer, a $5.00 fee will be assessed
  • Same day service is available for an additional $25.00 fee
  • We love our furry friends, however, for the safety of our staff, no pickups will be made where dogs are not restrained
  • We do not wash pet beds or blankets
  • Please include only washable items in your pick up
    • The Laundry Fairy is not responsible for items labeled “hand wash only” or “dry clean only” and is not responsible for checking labels in customer’s garments. Please check clothing prior to including them for pick up
  • The Laundry Fairy is not responsible for, and shall not reimburse any loss, damage or theft of items left unattended for pick up or delivery, whether left by the customer or The Laundry Fairy if your delivery instructions are followed
  • The Laundry Fairy reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment
  • The Laundry Fairy is not responsible for clothing that bleeds, shrinks or otherwise changes as a result of normal washing
  • Although every effort will be made, The Laundry Fairy does not guarantee the removal of all stains
  • Lost Laundry We are careful and would love to be able to inventory every piece of laundry you give us. Unfortunately, it is cost-prohibitive for us to do so. As a result, we cannot be held responsible for any lost laundry, we simply have no effective way of verifying that we received any particular piece of laundry to begin with. However, if you do believe you are missing something from your delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your clean clothes.
  • Miscellaneous As our business changes through these uncertain times, we may want to modify some of the terms in this agreement. Therefore, we encourage you to check back frequently to familiarize yourself with any changes.
  • We do not offering ironing services

Assumption of the Risk and Waiver / Hold Harmless of Liability
Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people.

The Laundry Fairy, LLC (TLF) has put in place preventative measures to
reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, TLF cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Because little is known about the spread, contagious nature and possible contamination, utilization of our services serves as a hold harmless and release of liability for any contraction of COVID-19. TLF is currently utilizing the following risk measures to mitigate the risk(s) of contamination:

  • No Contact Pick Up / Drop Off
  • Sanitizing Laundry Detergent
  • Proper PPE by all Employees
  • No Laundry Sorting Services Offered

Utilization of TLF is release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless TLF, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions or omissions, by its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after any services offered or performed by TLF.
